Caitlin is a recovering academic who turned to industry to help companies make great software experiences with her doctoral-charged research skills. She sees research questions through both the lens of an academic and an applied researcher, giving her a balanced perspective of rigor and pragmatism, as well as a large tool kit of methods to draw from. Caitlin is a UX Psychologist and has a PhD in social and media psychology at University of Melbourne, Moral Psychology Lab.
