Matt Duignan, Principal Research Manager at Microsoft, has 19 years of experience in the industry coding, researching, consulting on, managing, and directing the creation of new experiences at both start-ups and established companies. His PhD research into music production interfaces, his study of information visualization systems, and years leading large UX research teams at Microsoft inform his latest work. Matt leads Microsoft’s human insight system HITS, an internal research library built to democratize insights for researchers and product teams alike.
