Use template

You can use this template to collect and analyze ongoing feedback across multiple sources. For example, at Dovetail, we have a “Voice of the Customer” project that automatically imports NPS responses, feedback through our community Slack, in-product feedback, and any ad-hoc interviews we conduct off the back of feedback.

Having all this information in one project helps us identify commonalities across multiple sources of customer feedback, so we can build a prioritized view of important issues or emerging themes to solve for.
