The Growth team works to accelerate this go-to-market model by identifying opportunities to make impactful improvements for our customers and business. The team works to identify the clearest opportunities for business impact, and then works backwards from there to execute on the biggest customer problems they can solve.
The biggest channel we have to drive impact is our website, which receives tens of thousands of unique users every month. Most customers find out about Dovetail through word-of-mouth, and our website is the most critical asset we have to acquire new customers. This is a highly visible team making a significant impact as your work will be seen by thousands and directly influences our business.
