We’re all about sweating the details on delightful experiences, tackling ambitious challenges, and delivering customer value and we’re now looking for a senior visual designer to join the creative team, and help us take our website, campaigns, and digital properties to the next level. These are fundamental to acquiring new customers, educating the market on the research craft, and delivering self-service customer support. As our brand and marketing activities ramp up and our business continues to scale globally, we need someone to join the team who can play a critical role in helping us evolve the way we show up as a brand digitally.
Demonstrable digital web design experience. You should be familiar with the entire website design process, including everything from establishing an IA to pixel-perfect mocks for both web and mobile, along with experimenting with new tooling and skills.
Experience getting technical with developers. You’ve worked closely with developers to implement your designs, whether that’s using the Chrome inspector to provide feedback; exporting SVG files in a developer-friendly way; or thinking through a component architecture and translating a typography system to CSS.
An extremely high attention to detail. One of our values is ‘if we do it, we nail it.’ You have a high-quality bar and strive to maintain an excellent, pixel-perfect level of detail and consistency across all brand and marketing activities.
Experience working on marketing campaigns. You enjoy contributing your ideas to workshops, brainstorms and ideation sessions. You’ve worked on campaigns from conception to rollout, across various channels.
Practical design tool skills. You’re familiar with digital tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud. For bonus points you know how to write some HTML and CSS, and for even more bonus points, you know have familiarity with After Effects.
Experience collaborating with others. You have a proven ability to communicate and influence creative decisions while welcoming cross-functional collaboration. You’re comfortable managing incoming requests and feedback from the business.
Excellent communication. Skillful, concise communication so you can easily communicate visual concepts and rationalize your decisions. Be able to convey your opinions to the team, including founders (one of them is a designer!).
