What you’ll do

  • Create an awesome employee experience. Work closely with Beth, our People Lead, to deliver employee experience initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. We're all about sweating the details at every touchpoint.

  • You'll own the onboarding of our newest Dovetailers. We pride ourselves on making sure our employees have the smoothest start, you'll be responsible for owning the full onboarding process and evolving this as we scale.

  • Support with driving employee engagement initiatives. You'll help to develop new initiatives that will improve the wellbeing and engagement of our Dovetailers and track people metrics to measure impact.

  • Bring the vibe to our team rituals. We have lots of team rituals like our Friday demos, birthdays, brown bags, and lunches, you'll not only support with planning these but also make sure these are a fun vibe for the whole team.

  • Plan and run company events. We have a number of team events including our annual company retreat, quarterly hackathons, TGIF events, Retro Cinema, fitness events, and many more. You'll own the planning and make sure they run smoothly!

Your background

  • You're a hardcore people person. You'll have experience driving employee engagement, team collaboration, and culture initiatives. You'll need to build strong relationships with everyone in the team to help us scale our unique Dovetail culture!

  • High-quality bar and great attention to detail. You’re able to get into the details and deliver quality results on time. You’re a wearer of many hats and can juggle multiple priorities at the same time.

  • Transparent communicator. Honest, thoughtful, and transparent communication is critical to our success. You'll need to build strong relationships with people across the team and be a trusted business partner.

  • Pragmatism. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, be resourceful to solve problems, and be able to adjust to shifting deadlines and project goals.
