Data Processing Agreement

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a legally binding document between a processor and a controller which follows the rules set out in the GDPR. The data processing agreement covers data processing as well as the relationship between the parties.

We make it easy for Dovetail customers to sign and submit our DPA. The DPA helps meet onward transfer requirements under the GDPR. The DPA is pre-signed by Dovetail and will become legally binding upon receipt of the validly completed document.

  1. Digitally sign and return Dovetail Data Processing Agreement via DocuSign.

  2. We’ll reply with a confirmation that it’s been filed.
