Receive emails from us

Not receiving our emails? In the past we’ve found this is usually caused by aggressive security firewalls or spam filters set up by your organization.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Check your email spam folder.
  2. Add as a contact in your address book.
  3. Whitelist and
  4. Send a test email to and say hello.
  5. Resend the confirmation email or ask to be re-invited.

Talk to your IT team

If you still can’t receive our emails, you may need to contact your organization’s IT team and ask them to whitelist and in the organization’s security firewall and spam filter.
