How do I download my invoice or receipt?

Invoices and receipts can be downloaded in your workspace billing settings.

In this article

We send receipts for payments automatically to the billing contact email address configured in your workspace. Invoices and receipts for previous billing periods can be downloaded in your workspace billing settings. Note that only workspace admins can view billing.

Update the billing contact

To update the billing contact email address for your workspace:

  1. Click the workspace name.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Billing.
  4. Find Customer details.
  5. Click Update details

Download an invoice

To download a PDF of an invoice for a billing period:

  1. Click the workspace name.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Billing.
  4. Find Invoices.
  5. Click the Invoice button for the billing period you want to retrieve an invoice for.
