How do I share my projects with others?

Invite other people to your workspace in workspace settings or turn on insights public access.

In this article

You can invite other people to your workspace to share your project data, tags, highlights, and insights. If you’d like to control what projects they can view and edit, please see the help article Control who can view and edit projects.

Note: You can only invite other people as the same role or lower than yourself. For example, if you’re a User, you can only invite people as Users or Viewers.

Invite other users to your workspace

  1. Click the workspace name in the top left.
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. Type one (or many) email addresses in the input.
  5. Open the role select menu and choose Admin, User, or Viewer.
  6. Click Send invite.

Enable insights public access

Share published insights with people who don’t have a Dovetail account.

  1. Open a project.
  2. Click Insights in the sidebar.
  3. Click Share in the header.
  4. Click Public access.
  5. Click the Copy to clipboard button.
  6. Send the copied URL to someone.
