Unlock your account

Your account is locked after unsuccesful log in attempts.

Dovetail automatically locks user accounts after unsuccessful log in attempts or strange behavior. This is a security precaution to prevent brute-force attacks. If you think someone else is trying to gain access to your account, please contact us immediately.

To unlock your account:

  1. Visit the unlock page.
  2. Type your email address then click Send instructions.
  3. Check your email and click Unlock account.
  4. Log in to Dovetail, or change your password.
