Configure single sign-on (SSO)

Users can authenticate to Dovetail using their Google account.

While it is on our roadmap, Dovetail does not have a single sign-on integration with a provider like Okta, and there is currently no way to enforce SSO for all users in a workspace.

However, with Google sign-on, you can instruct users to authenticate to Dovetail in one click using their Google account. They’ll never need to set a password with us to log in to their account or to sign up, even if they’re creating a new account.

In addition, if you have a single sign-on application directory like OneLogin or Okta, you can add a direct link to our Google authentication URL for users to click to launch Dovetail:
