Questions are sent at the wrong time

Here are a few suggestions to help you troubleshoot:

1. Check participant timezones

Dovetail sends questions at local time for each participant. Check that you have configured the correct timezone for each participant in Dovetail. See Configuring timezones for more information.

2. Check question schedules

On the study Questions page, check question schedules are configured correctly.
