Not being able to access Dovetail may be caused by a variety of reasons. Find the issue you’re experiencing below and try the troubleshooting step to see if your issue is resolved, before contacting us.
Check you’re using the email address you used when you joined Dovetail. Try changing your password.
Unlock your account.
Ask a teammate to re-send the invitation email.
You need to change you password within 3 days. After that you will need to resend another reset password email.

You might be in the wrong workspace. Switch to the correct workspace.
You might not have the correct permissions. Ask a workspace admin to change your role.
