Update workspace access roles

Update workspace roles

To update a person’s role in Markup, Playback or Backstage you must be a current workspace admin:

  1. Click the workspace logo in the top left of the screen.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click the Users tab.

  4. Find the person you wish to change the role for under your specific product.

  5. Click the current role title to the right and select a new role in the drop menu.

For current contributor or viewers

If you are a currently in a contributor or viewer access role and to change roles, please contact your workspace admin to have this updated using the steps provided above.
