Update workspace access roles

Update workspace roles

To update a person’s workspace role, you must be a current workspace admin:

  1. Click your profile photo in the top right of the screen.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click the Users tab.

  4. Find the person you wish to change the role for.

  5. Click the current role title to the right and select a new role in the drop menu.

For current users or viewers

If you are a currently in a user or viewer access role and to change roles, please contact your workspace admin to have this updated using the steps provided above.
