To update a person’s role in Markup, Playback or Backstage you must be a current workspace admin:
Click the ☰ menu in the top left of the screen.
Click the Users tab.
Find the person you wish to change the role for under your specific product.
Click the current role title to the right and select a new role in the drop menu.

If you are a currently in a contributor or viewer access role and to change roles, please contact your workspace admin to have this updated using the steps provided above.
Anyone in a manager, contributor or viewer role can be granted admin access to manage the workspace. Those granted with admin access do not have to occupy a paid seat in the workspace.
To grant admin access to a user, you must be a current admin to follow the steps below:
Find the person you wish to grant admin access to and select the ... menu next to their name on the right-hand side.
Click Grant admin access.
