Rachel leads UX Team Operations for Salesforce’s 300+ person design organization. Before this, she ran Design and Research Operations at UberEats, and was a design program management leader for the service and experience design teams at Capital One, Adaptive Path, and more. Combining design strategy, service design, and program management, Rachel designs how work gets done and enables teams to deliver customer and business success. She helps people achieve personal and professional growth and re-imagines better systems and processes for scale. Outside of work, you’ll find Rachel renovating old houses, playing with her toddler, and watching weird documentaries.
