Unlock your account

Dovetail automatically locks user accounts after multiple unsuccessful log in attempts or strange behavior. This is a security precaution to prevent brute-force attacks. If you think someone else is trying to gain access to your account, please contact us immediately.

To unlock your account:

  1. Visit the log in page.

  2. Type your email address and click Continue.

If your email address is associated with only one workspace:

  1. Click Unlock account below the form.

  2. Check your email and follow the instructions.

If your email address is associated with multiple workspaces:

  1. Check your email to confirm your address.

  2. Click the workspace that you’re locked out of.

  3. Click Unlock account below the form.

  4. Check your email and follow the instructions.
